Blood Banana (Musa zebrine ‘Rojo’)

This dramatic Banana tree has large, long leaves, the top of which are splashed with red, and the undersides of which are solid red. It produces inedible, but showy fruit, and lends a great tropical look to the garden. The Banana tree takes full sun and grows  6-8’T x 5-6’W and is hardy with protection.
