It all begins and ends with the soil. The Soil Class covers:
- Components of ultisols
- Ideal soils composition
- N:P:K and micronutrients
- Amending soils to meet your goals
- Nutrient additions for certain plants/crops
- Nutrient additions using organic and inorganic fertilizers
- Composting to generate your own nutrients
- Free bulk sources of nutrients and mulch in the Greenville Area
- Methods to deter pests using additives
This class is offered on the following dates and times:
- Saturday, February 8, 2025, 3:30-5pm
- Plus See Veggie Course Class 2 times
This class mimics Class 2 of our Veggie Course and the price is $35 for 1.5 hours of instruction plus a notebook with all slides and handouts.
